Mr. Sabyasachi Rath has more than 28 years of rich and diverse work experience across the entire spectrum of Banking and Financial Services domain. Sabyasachi has performed various Leadership and Executive roles in large Financial Institutions like Tata Finance, Citibank, Fullerton India, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Dhanlaxmi Bank, CRISIL, Maybank Indonesia, Essel Finance Business Loan. Sabyasachi, being an Engineering graduate & Post graduate Diploma in Business Administration, is known for his meticulous understanding of the business metrics & thorough execution.
Minal Chaturvedi

Ms. Minal Chaturvedi is a finance graduate having more than 25 years of working experience in various Organizations.
Ms. Chaturvedi is one of the founders along with Mr. Amitabh Chaturvedi and has been on the Board of Purple Finance since 2013. She oversees business development activities and strategic initiatives at Purple.
Minal Chaturvedi is a Yoga enthusiast and a qualified Yoga trainer. She is a Director of Jigsaw Financial Technology Private Limited.

Ms. Sandhu Gill also holds an International Certificate in Wealth & Investment Management from Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI), United Kingdom. She has over 22 years of experience across Investments & Insurance, in the financial industry and has launched new segments, products and channels as well as set up new businesses from ground up to build market share and create value. She has worked across India and UAE with organizations such as Finbuddys, Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, Barclays, Mashreq, and HDFC Bank.
Amit Sonawala

Mr. Sonawala has 30 years of extensive and diverse experience in business, legal matters, Company affairs and Corporate compliance and is a proficiency certificate holder as an Independent Director from Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA), (Under the Aegis of Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Govt. of India). He has honed his skills as a highly skilled firefighter and troubleshooter. Additionally, his ability to make astute and strategic decisions has been a valuable asset throughout his career. He is an Executive Director of National Refinery Private Limited and he jointly with the Board of Directors is responsible for all the business, legal, administration, compliance and Company affairs.
Rajan Chandrakant Bhat

Mr. Rajan Bhat is a seasoned business leader with extensive experience in the financial services and consulting sectors. Over a career spanning several decades, he has held leadership roles in major organizations including American Express, Tata Capital, Western Union, FCH Centrum Direct, NKGSB Co-operative Bank Ltd and Goldratt Consulting. His areas of expertise include travel and forex services, business development, strategic alliances, compliance, risk management, and profit center management. He currently serves as a Director at Goldratt Consulting India Private Limited. He has received multiple awards from American Express for quality, customer service, and leadership, as well as launching successful financial products in line with regulatory guidelines.
Sriram Kalyanaraman

Mr. Sriram Kalyanaraman is a seasoned banking and financial services professional with over 36 years of leadership experience across private sector banks, housing finance, credit bureaus, and apex regulatory institutions. He has held senior positions at Standard Chartered Bank, Deutsche Bank, Equifax India, and KBZ Bank (Myanmar), and served as Managing Director & CEO of the National Housing Bank (NHB), the RBI-regulated apex body for Housing Finance Companies in India.
During his tenure as MD & CEO of NHB, Mr. Kalyanaraman led a comprehensive institutional transformation — growing the refinance book to ₹57,700 Crore, increasing institutional reserves by 48%, and reducing Net NPAs by 98%, making NHB the first NIL Net NPA institution of its kind in India. He was also a Member of the RBI High-Level Task Force on Public Credit Registry and the RERA Central Advisory Council, contributing to landmark national-level policy frameworks. His recognition with the Digital India Award for digitising the PMAY housing subsidy scheme further underscores his commitment to governance-led innovation.
Mr. Kalyanaraman brings to the Board expertise in NBFC regulatory compliance, Retail and SME lending Governance, Asset Quality oversight, and Capital Management. Building mortgage and credit bureau businesses from inception across multiple institutions, he possesses a rare combination of operational depth and board-level strategic insight. His familiarity with RBI’s supervisory expectations, combined with his experience in digital transformation and fintech advisory, positions him as a valuable independent opinion in guiding the Company’s business growth.
